ALDO — Terms of Service (United Arab Emirates)

You need to be 18 or older to buy from us, or have a parent or guardian handle the purchase for you. If you create an account, keep your login details private — you're responsible for anything that happens under your account, so let us know straight away if you think someone else has access to it. Please make sure the details you give us at checkout are accurate, otherwise we may not be able to get your order to you.

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We'll send you a confirmation email to let you know we've received it, but the sale is only final once your items are on their way to you. Occasionally we may need to turn down or cancel an order — for example if an item has sold out, a price was listed incorrectly, or something about the order looks fraudulent. If we've already taken payment for an order we can't fulfil, we'll refund you.

All our prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT. You can pay with the major credit and debit cards shown at checkout, and with cash on delivery where that option is available. We do our best to keep prices accurate, but if an item is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund anything you've paid.

We deliver across the UAE. Most orders arrive within a few business days, though the exact timing depends on where you are and whether the item is in stock. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay, and we'll send you tracking details once your order leaves us. We'll always try to get your order to you on time, but we can't be held responsible for delays outside our control.

Changed your mind? You can return or exchange most items within the return window shown at the time you bought them. Just make sure they're unworn and in their original condition, with the tags, packaging, and your receipt or proof of purchase. A few things can't be returned — for hygiene reasons, or because they were bought as final-sale or clearance items. Once we've approved a return, we'll refund you to the same payment method you used; how quickly it shows up is down to your bank.

Everything on our website — the words, images, logos, and the ALDO name itself — belongs to ALDO, Apparel Group, or the companies that license it to us. Please don't copy, reuse, or distribute any of it without asking us first.

We handle the personal information you share with us according to our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and why. By shopping with us, you're agreeing to that, and confirming the details you give us are correct.

We stand behind the products we sell and the service we provide. That said, we aren't liable for indirect losses that fall outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under UAE consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be handled by the UAE courts.

We may revise these terms now and then. When we do, the updated version goes live on this page, and it applies from the moment it's posted. It's worth checking back occasionally so you know where you stand.

If you have a question about an order, a delivery, a return, or anything in these terms, our customer service team is happy to help. You can email us at care@aldoshoes.me, or find the other ways to reach us on our customer service page.
